How can I block post from sellers who offer multiple items at different prices on the same post

I tried to search for a 16g usb memory stick

15,000 of those are from sellers selling multiple sized sticks at multiple prices.

In order to find the best price for the size I want I would have to open each post.

select the size I want and then it would give me the price.

How can I only get listings of 16g usb memory stick and  not all the ones with all the other sizes.

On eBay - like everywhere else - you get what you pay for.

I suggest you limit your search to items located in North America and make sure to carefully screen the feedback of the seller(s) you select.
