How can I call PayPal?

I need to speak to someone at PayPal and can't seem to get their number and passcode to call.  I simply get the "How Can We Help You" screen and when I click on "Call Us", the screen simply refreshes.

Hi odds*n*sodds,

Maybe try another browser to see if that will work, or you can contact eBay's Customer Support and they should be able to transfer you to PayPal.
