I need to speak to someone at PayPal and can't seem to get their number and passcode to call. I simply get the "How Can We Help You" screen and when I click on "Call Us", the screen simply refreshes. Or if I put in a question on the "How Can We Help You" screen, it returns information on keywords but doesn't answer my question.
Have they disabled the calling feature because of the label problem they are having?

No it isn't. I have a voided shipping label that hasn't been creditied to my account after the appropriate waiting period.
