How can I have an answer from EBAY . They SUCKS .

Why can I never reach EBAY ? It is so complicate ! Impossible to reach any body or any site. I bought quite a bit in the last 2 years. 

But first time that I realy need Help, I cannot have it.. The seller never answer my EMAILS, never send the items, I will give him a impressive 0 stars.  And, my wife and I will never buy aymore from EBAY. I will close my acount. Because for them, customer are just pice of !!

Thank you for not giving any service!!!

0 stars is the same as five stars for the seller, the killer is one star. 0 stars just means they have dodged a bullet.

 

You will get far more useful advice on the discussion boards from other members than you will get from ebay Customer Service.

No stars is a Free Pass.

ONE STAR is the killer.

If a seller's Detailed Seller Ratings drop to 4.3 his ability to list and sell is severely restricted. 5+1 divided by 2 ratings= 3 average / 5+0 divided by one rating = 5 stars.

 

You don't need to talk to anyone. Just follow the forms for Item Not Received up in the righthand corner under Community Support. The form is also available in French if that helps.

 

If more than 45 days have passed since purchase, there is another solution.
