How can I hold a seller accountable for agreements in "contact seller" messages?

I have contacted a seller to ask about a deal combining products. I was very clear in the items I wanted to combine, listing the ebay refereence numbers AND product descriptions. They have provided the following response.

"The best price we can offer is $37 and $7. This price is reasonable , and been carefully calculated. It leaves us limited profit already.
If you agree with the price, we advise you can make offer with this price.
And our sales staffs will accept it.

For item 190490948059, the price in our listing is reasonable." (*which is 7.59)

How solid is this message from a contract persepctive? The reason that I am asking is because they have not taken care to reference the correct items numbers in their offer and I believe they have made a mistake, almost a $100 mistake.

How can I hold them accountable to this offer?

Thanks.
