How can one switch from ebay.com to ebay.ca

I am from Ontario Canada and I helped a friend get set up on ebay and in error I set her up on ebay.com rather then ebay.ca. She wants to be on ebay.ca. How do I switch it?

She also tells me that ebay is holding the first sales proceeds she made for 3 weeks?

Please advise.

All new sellers are subject to a 21 day hold on customer payments.

The Hold is detested by honest sellers, but has been useful in controlling some blatant crookedness.

The Hold may last for only a few weeks, if your friend has lots of sales and lots of positive feedback. Even more important of course are her Detailed Seller Ratings.

In some categories (high fraud/high value) the Hold can last much longer.
