I have an Ebayer contacting me with accusations. I have politely responded to this person's accusations, and before it got to a point where it won't serve me, I placed him on my blocked list and blocked him from communicating.
Was fine for a couple of days, until just now I open my Ebay and he's back. How did he get through.
Im going to have to call Ebay if this persists. I don't have much faith in that, but it's my last resort.

If they had a previous transaction with you they can still message you.

You are not required to answer.
You are not required to open the message.
You can delete the messages without reading.
If he is sending you emails, you can Block him with your email provider as 'spam'.
You can also complain to his email provider if the messages are threatening .

If it has reached the point where the other member has gotten out-of-control, you will want to considering Reporting the member. You can do this one of two ways: by going to the bottom of each message and utilizing the Report an Inappropriate Message form, or by calling ebay. The former takes less time and has negligible results; the latter can be time-consuming and has slightly less negligible results. But at least if you call, you can stress the importance of it to a real, live person. I have to think it has greater impact.

I have had no previous sale with this Ebayer. I do however think he made me a verbal offer that I refused. I have blocked him with my provider, so we will see if that works. If not , I will have to call Ebay. He also said that he reported me to Ebay. Not really right to be able to report something that is completely a farce.

Ebay should make a new policy when it comes to complaints. We should be able to rebuttal a complaint. Not just allow complaints to be made at face value

It is probably not true that they actually reported you to eBay. A guy was sending me messages full of swear words and he said the same thing. They just want to make you mad.

Probably right. Personally I really don't care if he did or not. I'm not hiding anything. I just hate when someone can accuse you of something that isn't true. Especially the ones that proclaim themselves an expert. Personally I think he needs to get a life.
Anyways life goes on

If I recall correct, was this an individual claiming you were selling counterfeit jerseys from alibaba or something ridiculous like that? The previous offer is probably why they can still message. Unless they have a paid transaction with you or they are a VERO owner of the property in question they can't report anything to ebay. Sounds like your typical angry buyer who has their shorts in a knot because you didn't accept a lowball offer. I do think there needs to be a better blocking mechanism in place, after x number of days (to represent any outstanding transaction) any messages should get filtered.

I agree. If a seller can demonstrate that another member is exhibiting harassment, ebay should be able to step in and create an actual block that supersedes any settings. Harassment is distraction inhibits a seller from being able to do their job here. It should be taken seriously.

This is someone else, But yes, that I was selling counterfeits, because of some stitching on the fight doesn't look correct. At least that's what this expert thinks.
OMG. I can't count the times I have had to deal with experts. Some of the things they come up with is almost laughable if it wasn't the rude way they communicate.
Haven't heard from him all day so hopefully he has moved on to some else who needs his expert opinion. I have no problem with anyone that knows his stuff, but there is a right way to communicate and a wrong way.
I think we sellers have enough to deal with selling on Ebay that we don't need to continue having discussions with people you cant reason with.
I would like to see an option where not only can we stop them from communicating but also make it so they no longer can see our items.

You forgot to enable the sarcasm mode in your post, causing confusion.
