How do I block a buyer that is problematic ?

I have a buyer that is most certainly looking to argue and win. How do I block that person from placing an offer or emailing me ??

This is your Block Bidder List.

You can also go to Seller Preferences and Block bidders with Unpaid Item Strikes and several other problem behaviours.

If you are selling by Fixed Price, you can also set Immediate Payment Required, which leave the item up for sale until the customer  pays.
