How do I cancel an order on ebay.de?

Hello:

I recently sold equipment overseas. Before payment, the buyer requested the sale be cancelled. How do I do that on .de where it was purchased.

I cannot read German. I cannot cancel the order on .ca nor .com but only on .de

I too have experienced this, anything they do if they are registered on ebay Germany makes us go through .DE (including "where's my package etc).

What I do is use google translate, take the text from the button you think you need to push and use google translate to translate it to english. This takes a while, depending on how many buttons you try and screens you have to go through but has worked for me.

Didn't work! Actually ebay customer service did the cancel transaction by phone. At least the fees were returned. It was 1000.00 sale.

My experience was with INAD or INR cases and refunding - I kind of knew what buttons I needed to hit so I was able to steal the wording off them to translate to make sure I hit the right one. It did take a long time though.

Good to know the phone option worked.
