I won an item was quoted two shipping rates. As I live in Canada but want the item shipped to a U.S. address can't seem to get the correct shipping charge on my invoice. HELP !!!
You can't add a US address to a Canadian PayPal account. You can ask the seller if he would ship to the address in the US, but he doesn't have to ship to any address other than your primary shipping address.
