I bought an item that didn't arrive on time. After waiting an extra week, I reported not recieving item. A case was opened. The seller said to wait longer. I waited an additional 2 weeks, and the item arrived. The seller does not have to refund my money, and all is well... Except the case will not close. The seller has asked me to close the case. I have looked and looked and looked for this option... I see not place where I am given control to close this case... Can somebody please help me out? Much appreciated.

The only thing I could find hidden in the help files Is:
"If you don't ask us eBay to step in within 30 days of opening the request case, we'll assume the issue has been resolved and we'll close it with no additional action."
So it should disappear all on it's own 30 days after you opened the INR case. No indication anywhere in the help files that you can close the case.
