How do I combine shipping on 2 different posts?  Method of payment is paypal. Im new to ebay so I am unsure

A combined shipping rate and invoice is offered/applied by the seller.

Combined shipping should never be assumed and you should always contact your seller prior to bidding if no rate is advertised.
