How do I contact my PS rep?

I can't remember how to contact my PS rep. I want to report a seller YET AGAIN for selling bootleg copies of a dvd. I've reported him so many times yet he still sells them. He is hurting so many honest sellers with this but ebay never does a darn thing about it. I can't find the link to email my rep. I'm a silver. THANKS

have you tried speaking to them over the phone about it? Sometimes "in person" hepls...other times not.

There is also a link coming into the Cdn PS Portal. I have been assured that they have been tested and work as they were not working for a considerable amount of time and our emails to PS Support were floating about in cyberspace.

eBay told me a week ago that they have checked out the liks to make certain they worked as none of 10 I sent them over a 2 1/2 month period ever reached them.

That link wont work as it is a secure sign in. You have to go to PS Services (through Site Map if you are not certain) and then there is an area you have the choice of phoning or clicking on a link to take you to 24/7 c/s support. Clccik on Power Seller Support link again on that page and you will be taken to where you can email your enquiries to with PS SUpport.
