How do I create an invoice to a client after we agreed on a price including higher shipping charge?

I need to know how to create an invoice for an item that was agreed to as per best offer but the shipping terms are higher than the original listing. I have never had to create a EBay invoice and all I have is the EBay buyer handle.

Can you find the original eBay invoice? If so you should be able to change the shipping there. Put the explanation in the text box.

Do NOT hit Recalculate.

If you have problems, go to Paypal's Request Money service and write the invoice there, but you will need the buyer's email address.
