How do I delete feedback I left for a buyer?

I've accidentally left bad feedback for a buyer, but I cannot figure out how to delete it or change it. Everything I find online seems to be for revising feedback as a buyer, for a seller. How do I do this?

Since sellers are only allowed to leave positive feedback for buyers, this will be deleted with a call to ebay.

In the interim, you may want to Follow Up with another comment explaining you made an error.

And use Contact Buyer to apologize to your customer. Let her know you are trying to fix it.
