Hello, I am new to e-Bay as a seller. I am located in Canada near the U.S. border, so I can ship from the U.S. too. How do I determine Domestic shipping cost, and how do I list shipping to U.S. as an option?

Hi....Log into Canadapost.ca, there you can "find a rate" by filling in the blanks. I also used to send from the US, and I know it can be a problem. You must bring your items through the border unwrapped, and also fill in a manifest descibing each item, place of manufacture, value etc. The US customs will give you that document. You may also have to pay a "userfee". It used to be $10.00. That may have changed. Now, unless you have a US address or US PO Box to put as sender on your package, the US postoffice will not let you send it. If the package should be returned, the US Postoffice will not return it to a Canadian address, as it was sent from within the US. Lots to consider. I used to live in BC, and the US border/custom guards there were complete jerks, maybe where you cross, they are nicer. Cheers
