I bid out of Canada and many items will only ship to the USA.  I have a shipping address in the USA to fix this, but Ebay will not let me bid.  How do I fix?   thanks

Hi sla .. Ebay tracks prime shipping address so you can add to ebay and likely clear that hurdle when seller does not ship to canada.

However , cannot add to PayPal and most sellers ship to the address shown on payment transaction page from PayPal for Seller Protection.

Some say the prime address can be selected during the process of paying but i have never tried. If you attempt and it works come back and post .

The other way is to ask seller if they would do and to add your ID to their blocked bidder exemption list.
