Hi All

I need some help here:)

At the moment I sell Mostly Buckles & Pins, Wallets and

I will be starting to sell Woodworking tools now That I am a authorized dealer,

My Question is am I able to open a second Store on ebay since the 2 diff. kind of items are day and night, I could just kill all my listings now etc. But I have a lot
of stock b4 I can do that.

is one allowed to have 2 ebay stores? I have a second ebay name but my score is like 0 on that name lol

any advise?

That's all nice, but the law does not specify how fast they have to speak when doing the disclosure.

You never got those calls "You just won a trip to ..." ? I get them often. Once we got called to a meeting from Family Vacation Centre. When we found out they want to sell us a membership for 10k without giving us any details on the deals we would be receiving, we decided to leave. Because we are polite people, it took us about 1/2hr to leave and when we were leaving, they were very rude and threw in our face the cost of timbits they served us. Is this ethical? Is this actually legal? I don't care ... but will not buy from them in a million years.

No it's not right. I used to get those calls too until I learned to not fill in any of those useless ballots for free trips or other prizes. What do you think they have empty booths at shows for? To get people's info to sell them crap. That's the only reason they have those.

And because they're unethical and use slimy tactics doesn't mean that others have to. You should hold you head up high and be proud that you do things that you feel is the right & ethical way to do things. If you don't like to be treated like that then why is it ok to do it to someone else? That's the perverse interpretation of passing it on.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least that all these so-called new bidders are disgruntled sellers 'passing it on'. Someone peed in my cornflakes so I'm going to pee in yours! Isn't that a lovely attitude.
