Buyer purchased something by mistake.  How do I refund him without getting a defect?

First, refund the payment if any.

Second via the Resolution Centre, cancel a transaction and pick the right reason (which should be obvious).

What Rec says. Do the refund and they do the cancellation request. Pick one of the blame the buyer reasons. You will be good.
