How do I remove a seller status, and stop getting billed each month, but keep buyer status?

I sold a few things on Ebay in the past few months, don't owe any money, and want to stop selling, but keep my account for only making purchases, like before. I haven't sold anything for more than a month now. The help page is extremely outdated. I just want to stop being billed each month, for no longer selling anything or running a store. I have no subscriptions or anything, just basic fees (~$6.50 this month for nothing!) but don't want to lose my buying account, as the selling thing was just to get rid of a few odds and ends.

When you close your Store, your monthly 'rental' will end.

It doesn't look like you do have a Store, however, so I suspect the $6.50 is an unpaid amount . Normally this would be paid from your attached Paypal account.

How often has this amount been paid? Or does it just continue to appear without being removed/paid.

Closing a Store, or no longer selling, has no effect on your buying account.

I have yet to receive another monthly payment quote.
I sold items between December and January, leading into collecting money in February (beginning of), so I thought that was it. But it's March now, and I'm still getting emailed, and have a Seller's Dashboard!

I have no store, and have removed my payment methods from Ebay, and Paypal, yet, I just received an email stating that I still have a seller's account, and Ebay is providing me services... what services?? I'm not subscribed to any, nor am I selling anything! The title of the email is: "Here's how we protected your selling account".

Do I have to call them, or something? Because they really aren't making this easy, and if I get billed again, I'm not paying!
