How do I stop eBay from opening a non_paying bidder case against a buyer ?

HI Everyone

I have a buyer that has purchased an item from me.  She was also bidding on another item but did not win the auction.  The person who did win the auction is having problems with his paypal account and may have to cancel the transaction.  While I wait I don't want to open a non-paying case against the first buyer. 

Also, if someone asks me to wait until say...the end of the month and I agree...how do I stop that non paying case ?

Third and final question ( for today ....geeeesh) I had already packaged the item for sale from a bidder ( the bidder above ) if she purchases the other item now, can I cancel the shipping label, I made originally so I can combine the two items ?
