How do i sign up for paypal from BC Canada?

How do i sign up for a paypal account from Canada? It only gives option of the states not Canada. I have an eBay account & want to purchase an item from the states.

Go to Paypal dot CA .

And for extra Buyer Protection, back your account with a credit card.

With Paypal, your seller will be paid in the currency of his choice and the money will come out of your credit card/bank account in Canadian dollars.

Don't attach the PP account to a Canadian "US dollar" account. You will end up paying foreign exchange twice.
