How does one access and transfer monies back into their bank account if they over paid on shipping?

How does one access and transfer monies back into their bank account if they over paid on shipping? I did this on several occasions and had money returned back to my ebay-paypal account. I tried several times to find away to transfer and have not found a way as of yet. Please help.

Your Paypal account should be attached to a bank account.

You can go to the Withdraw button on your PP account and send money to that bank account.

PP charges a small fee (50 cents or so) to do this if you are transferring less than $150. There may also be foreign exchange involved if you are transferring to a Canadian bank.

If it is just a small amount, you can keep it in the PP account until you use it (as pay from Paypal balance) in a future transaction. With interest rates so low, this may actually be more economical.
