How far in advance can I schedule a listing without incurring a fee?

I would like to schedule my selling listings in advance, but cannot find any information on how far in advance I can post a listing without incurring a fee.  If have scheduled 2 or 3 days in advance without an extra charge, but not longer.

Three weeks (21 days) shows in the drop down list of dates when you choose to schedule a listing. It is exactly 21 days to the second so the last date can only be used up to the current time.

Scheduled listings are free for non store accounts and ten cents for store accounts. Fee is not based on what date you use. It is based on the type of account you have.

You can reschedule the start time after you have chosen a scheduled time. So you can use the scheduled listings to hold listings indefinitely by changing the scheduled time in 2 weeks to a later start time.
