How stop and cancel first request

The seller announce and publish item come with Mac OS X Yosmite 9.7.5 but I receive item is not same as on ebay description. How stop and cancel first request before buy item and request second request more important subject after receive item do not same description in the ads on ebay.

You've asked variations on this question a few times already within the past week but when we ask for additional information so as to understand specifically what you need, you start a new thread instead.

We will get nowhere like this. 

If you don't see an option to Answer, there will be present an option to Comment.

If you have opened one Return Request already, I do not think you can alter it midway though.

My translation:

(1) Requested return of laptop and was turned down.

(2) Now wants to cancel first request and change reason to Item-Not-As-Described for a second return request attempt.

Can that be done? I didn't think a buyer could submit multiple Returns requests? I think maybe this gentleman will have to call Customer Service with this. If he has a legimate SNAD because the ebay Product Catalogue was wrong, this is too complicated to explain with just a case which has already been mis-dealt.
