How to Ship items in bubble envelopes - With Sellers Protection?

Hello

I'm not sure how to ship a small item in a bubble envelope with sellers protection! I had to express post a small bubble evelope to receive a tracking #. I would like to offer my buyers some small accessories and still have sellers protection with out having to Express Post the items.

Any tip would be a help.

Are your items small enough for you to line them in some thin cardboard first?

Yes I could line with card board.

Example: a small USB Flash Drive
Dimensions: 5" X 3" X 1"

Probably the cheapest method would be to package them up to expedited parcel dimensions. No other way to get delivery confirmation.

There is no viable way if you are sending letter/light packet items valued at $50. Wouldn't make any sense to pay the huge jump in shipping cost to expedited, you couldn't possible come out ahead (and piles of buyers don't count for SPP because of country, not being confirmed, wanting it sent to another address, so who cares anyway, it won't make any difference)
