How to change return address for ebay managed returns

I never opted in to managed returns, but every once in a while an american buyer has been able to use it. The problem is that the item he bought needs to go directly back to manufacturer and not my office. When I enter in to select return options for this transaction, it shows my office address.. I don't have an option to change/update the address. I have searched high and low and con not find this anywhere. I can not authorize the return without fixing this or ebay generated return shipping label will be wrong.

You can add a return address by going to my account - addresses - view all return addresses - add return address

I'm curious ....are you able to do a USPS shipping label for the return?

On my account I don't have that option..

My Account > Addresses > View all shipping addresses  

I don't have a link for return addys. WTH? It used to be there.

Actually, I was looking at 'view all ship from addresses' which is a link below view all shipping addresses. I typed the wrong thing but now that I think about it, I don't know if that will help you. If you added an address to there, you could use that in listings for the items that would go back to that address.
