How to find my local's zip code?

i'm from Hanoi, Vietnam. 

i have just bought an item from 10,february . Transit thought USPS first-class. Now still in transit. 

Does it have any problem? in transit? 

I'm newbie. THanks for any help.

Don't worry about your zip code.

File the Dispute.

The seller will either be able to prove Delivery or you will be refunded.

If the item arrives after you are refunded, which often happens with Surface shipping, you can repay the refund using Paypal's Send Money service.

In future, do not pay for Surface Shipping. It is too slow. If you cannot afford Air Mail, do not buy.

Item was shipped USPS. I am fairly certain that USPS does not have surface shipping.

If you are trying to track the package, you don't need a zip code to track it. If it was sent first class international there is no tracking to Vietnam with that service.

Does the US have a postal relationship with Viet Nam? Or is it blocked like Cuba or North Korea?

You are right about USPS dropping surface shipping overseas. The higher cost in my opinion is well worth the faster delivery.
