I purchased something recently that was defective, I requested a return and I was notified that the seller had sent a return shipping label. In the email, I was instructed to "View Return Details" where I could print the return label. However, I cannot find anything that allows me to print the return shipping label that the seller supposedly sent. What am I doing wrong?
BTW both myself and the seller are in Canada.

I've never tried to send or receive a return shipping label here but I was under the impression that could only be done within the u.s. Sometimes the system is set us generically and gives instructions that don't work for everyone.
Hopefully I'm wrong and someone else will be able to help you.

I've received a shipping label for returning an item to the US via courier.
I had to play with it trying various things and eventually was able to print it but it wasn't straight forward. Experiment.
If that doesn't work maybe your seller will re-send it using a different method.

If the seller can see the label, she could email you a PDF file.
I believe these can be attached to eBay messages, but in any case she has your email address from Paypal.
What you are printing from PP or eBay or Canada Post is a PDF file anyway, so that should work.

I got the seller to send it to me in an email, it seems a bit low-res but I will give it a try and see if it works.
The return process should be more straightforward than this.....
