I purchased an item on EBAY a . When i received my item and seen that it was not the correct order i immediately sent him an email to let him know that i received the wrong item. When 24 hours later i have not received an email back from the seller so i sent him another email now it is over 72 hours and i still have not received an email from the seller about correcting the problem. So i would like to know what can i do to report this seller . If he does not answer 2 emails how do i know i will get my money back after i return the item? I would really like to get the correct item that i ordered.
