How to set international shipping?

I have been trying to set international Shipping Cost on my listings on Ebay.ca.  It has been working fine, but recently It is not letting me. It only lets me set Domestic shipping. 

Is there a way to set the international shipping cost? Or when I set my Domestic shipping cost it will appear on Ebay.com and every where else.

Hi tet00095,

In the Add shipping details section of the Sell Your Item form is an Add or remove options section. Please click on it & select Internation shipping & hit Save.
