I bought 9 cards from a seller, but received only 8. I don't see any tab to click on to resolve this problem. Thanks.

Yes, I contacted the seller Feb 10. He said he would contact his staff about the missing card. I have not heard back. These are graded cards and were sent in a flat rate box. Since they have thick plastic holders, only 8 could fit in the box IMO. Thanks.

He's had nine days to correct the error.
Send him a Message with pictures of the eight you did get.
Ask for a refund on the ninth.
If you don't get it within 24 hours (or by Monday latest) go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not As Described dispute.
Ask for either the ninth card or a partial refund.
Unfortunately, eBay may require you to return the entire incorrect order, however, the seller would also be required to return your entire original payment plus return shipping, so the card or the partial would be a more reasonable.
