I dont know why ebay cares of what pc or laptop U are using I had a friend that had one laptop in bed room wireless and desk top and a cell phone he logged in and was suspended cause of the IP address changes. no one uses his account but him. He also spoken to his net provider and customer service of ebay he still was not allowed back on for his handle. some people may also log in from work home or employment offices or day schools etc they should have right to log in were ever they can not just from the one pc or laptop. also some days pages do not show up so people have to refresh the screen.
