I bought two security camera systems. They advertsie them to work with Blackberry

They DO NOT work with Blackberry and i have been stalled and told they would send me an app to do so. This has been over 2 months. Now they ignore my emails but still advertise and sell these systems to work with Blackberry. I have tried to file a fraud complaint or leave negative feedback and Ebay will not let me do this because it's over 45 days. These guys are slick and stall you till it's too late. If someone on Ebay staff would answer me, i have months worth of email in my mailbox to confirm their lies and stall. This needs to be looked at and corrected ! There should be no time limit as to when you can report a fraudulent seller.

If they are still listing on eBay, you can Report the listing.

However, if the manufacturer says it works and some random person says it doesn't, its a matter of he said/she said.

It's not he said/she said when i have emails from them admitting it and email saying they are going to send a fix and email saying you will have your fix on Oct.10 and now all i get is....automated reply, our office hours are..... no matter when i send an email. All these emails are in my Ebay mail folder for evidence. I bought these systems because they say for Blackberry otherwise i would have looked further. We're talking 400 bucks here, not a small purchase.

Feedback is 60 days.

If you paid using a credit card through paypal then you can try a chargeback via your credit card company.
