China Post? Hong Kong Postal Service? or Taiwan Post?
In any case, tracking is not useful to a buyer. EBay demands tracking, or more exactly, Proof of Delivery, when a buyer makes an Item Not Recieved claim. Tracking is protection for the seller. For the buyer, irrelevant.
Although it is usually much faster, allow 30 days for the item to be delivered. If it has not arrived by then, file an Item Not Recieved claim. If the seller cannot show that the item is delivered, you will be refunded. Don't allow any problem to go over 42 days (45 is the deadline but cuts things too close).
