Hi everybody!
What to do if I paid for the Retro Style Ceramic Telephone to seller on March 26,2014 and I did not get my item? I sent them requests but the last answer was: the delivery will be on April 30! But in my order history I can read : the delivery status - the item shipped and the feedback is + !
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hello 'toubica',
You bought that from China and there is a huge problem with sellers over there not sending
the item to new ebay users. This is because newbies do not know how the system works, and
are far too trusting for their own good.
You are targeted because you have a low feedback score, and right now yours is 1.
So read through the following link, - it is the most important information an ebay buyer can have:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html
You will need to open a claim for an Item Not Received, using the link to the Resolution Center
available in the link. You must do that within 45 days, so do it now.
You will have noticed the listing in your Purchase History has a note attached which says,
Don't forget to leave feedback! If there was a problem, please go to the Resolution Centre by day/month/year.
Ebay disguises the need for restitution by making it appear to be about feedback. Don't think of it
that way, - think of it as telling you the last day in which you can do anything about getting your
money back.
By all means, contact the seller, but your seller will almost certainly delay you with sweetly worded
promises about replacements and refunds, just oozing with sincerity.
It's all lies and don't you believe it.
Open your claim, get refunded, and familiarize yourself with the Buyer Protection policy in that link.
Best of luck
