i bought something on eBay and they sent me 2 of them when i only ordered 1, do i legally have to send it back or am i allowed to keep it? and is this a unsolicited good?

Well, I would contact the seller (by their email, don't open a case - that will get them an undeserved defect!) and offer to send it back to them but they will have to pay for the shipping. Make sure you quote them the shipping cost, don't let them decide how much to send you. Make sure you receive the money for shipping before mailing the item.
Chances are, they may just say to keep the item, if not too expensive.

Contact the seller and explain the situation.
If the seller wishes you to return the item sent in error, ask for reimbursement of your shipping cost.
Is this the XBOX One Bundle with Extra Controller ?

Yes, definitely contact the seller. It happened to me once, item was worth apx. $20.00, so not expensive and they thanked me profusely for contacting them, but said to keep it - that was so great. I donated it to a charity I work with.
