This is the time of year when items seem more likely to get "lost" in the mail. I have had three buyers contact me in the past week and refunded two more last week.
10 months no dsr hits, near zero issues... in last week (jan 1 to 8th) 2 new dsr hits, 4 haven't received my item messages (late items), 2 refunds. Second the Humbug, next year renting cabin in woods, stay there until groundhog day lol
