eBay is for the 30 days after last estimated delivery date to open an INR case. Was your case opened in that time frame, and did you ask eBay to close the case in your favour with money refunded?

Otherwise, if you paid with PayPal, open a case on PayPal to get a refund for Item-Not-Received (INR) -- you have 180 days from date of purchase (from your details, before March 17).

When an item is not received it is better to have the seller refund and for you (if you want) to purchase the item again -- that way you still have ebay buyer protection. At this point the only thing for you to do (if you used paypal) is put in an INR claim for a refund. If you paid by credit card you can ask them about item not received coverage (it varies by bank).

The solution is that I have to get my money back or item must be delivery. I also e-mailed the seller and eBay several times. But it was not solved at all. I passed 60 days, the item list is gone. I thinking . eBay, it seems like a cheap price item? So it seems to not solve. Sometimes I think, I should give up. I sent an email to the seller 2 days ago, but I do not have a reply.
