I left negative feedback for item that was faulty, eBay refunded money but my feedback was deleted?

I have just been told that I should not have left negative feedback... I don't understand, I thought it was to warn other buyers of a problem with a seller. They sold an item that was faulty and I had to get eBay involved to resolve the issue as they wouldn't. So why could I not leave the feedback?

If you are referring to the feedback you left on November 28th it was not removed just the comment.

I don't know what your comment said however there are certain things you can not mention including any reference to eBay or Paypal disputes or investigations.
