Sticking my neck out, I went after the GSP people. They do not care about what we go through as buyers. I got a back-handed wave and a Canada is the third LARGEST, emphasis on that work, GSP market.
Bang the drum on that one as long and as hard as you like, and they simply do not care, and never will.
Went after the USPS guy about transit times, and, he stopped me right there: "We have no influence over Customs at all, none, they do what ever they want.". Fellow has worked with all the courier companies plus spent time in Mississauga working with Canada Post.
He was a good guy who cared, but, nothing his government gave a care about.
Raphael, from Wednesdays, is just about the nicest fella you ever want to meet. Razor sharp.
Where is the ship going? Wenig is trying to undo all the damage that Donahoe did. eBay tells us "market your brand". Donahoe stopped marketing the brand.
TV ads are staring up again, next week. Wenig wants another 100M new regular buyers.
He stood in front of us and said no more of these willy-nilly changes. No more change, then change, back track, and change. He said he doesn't care about this quarter, the next, or the one after. He is working only on the long term path.
The man works 24/7. He sells. He makes executives sell. Yeah, the CEO sells on eBay. He had a listing a few months back where the buyer famously asked him to take it off-ebay to save the seller on fees. Wenig posted that on Facebook eBay related message boards.

Do you mean to say that people who've been booted from the EBay Community for bad behaviour will be invited back? To what purpose, what good does that serve? The reason given?
It was part of a speech. Discussion was not encouraged.
Perhaps because of their diligent efforts, message boards are dying?
Maybe it is the new "friendlier" eBay?

You mean that rhetorically, right?
Or are you telling me to shut up or else?
SNORT!
Not you.
I meant when the boss is up on stage. It was hysterical. When they wanted agreement, they would nod their heads vigorously. When they had a brilliant thing to say, they would lead the clapping.
If they nodded and clapped at the same time, that meant "or else".

Do I read this to mean that you're not actually drinking the proffered Kool-Aid? Tsk, tsk. Musn't be naughty.

I am a rebel, or, am I rubble?
