Ask the Seller "When was my item sent? What service did you use? What is the tracking number?"

IF the Seller gives you a tracking number, find it either on the seller's home postal system's website or on the Canada Post website.

The tracking number will not appear on this website until the parcel is in Canada.

Don't worry if the Seller does not have a tracking number. These numbers are a Seller Protection. For you they are just a reassurance that the parcel is on its way.

Did you get an email from eBay giving you a window during which delivery is expected?
