I recently bought something its been over three weeks I should have got it by now

I didn't use an account I used the geust option and now I cant track it I don't know what to do and I already got a email saying he shipped it but I didn't get a tracking number

Tracking is a very expensiv e service.

Buyers should not pay for it, since it only benefits the seller, in case of an Item Not Recieved dispute.

Where did your item start from? This is mail order and you can expect to wait:

7-15 from Europe

15 -20 days from North America

20-30 days from Asia.

On the last day of the normal wait period, contact the seller and ask the shipping date and service used. You can ask for the tracking number, but if your payment was under $100 there is not likely to be one.

If the response is unsatisfactory*, start the INR dispute.

*Do NOT allow a seller, particularly an Asian one, to promise to send a replacement. It will not end well. You want a refund before the 40th day after purchase.
