I recieved an email stating I have won 1/24 scale diecast RX7 twin turbo, but I paid for it. Another states I won but doesn't specify what.

The word " Won " has more than one defenition.

In an auction the person who buys an item or bids the highest is refered to as the winner.

It doesn't mean that they get it for free they still have to pay for it.

In this case it just means you bought it or were the highest bidder
