What have you bid on recently?
Is there a transaction number in the email? Enter the number in the Search box and see what pops up.

The word " Won " has more than one defenition.
In an auction the person who buys an item or bids the highest is refered to as the winner.
It doesn't mean that they get it for free they still have to pay for it.
In this case it just means you bought it or were the highest bidder
