I sold a 1990 RV. Buyer came to Pick up the unit,Checked it all over & seemed happy, We settled up Payment & we gave him the title & he went on his way. He now wants me to pay him $600 for repair he said is 50% of total cost, I contacted Ebay they said to ask him to open a case so we could sort this out , he refused, Hes harassing me everyday & says i now have 24hrs to pay -up or hes going to sue me. Can he do this? I need some help here Guys. What do i do.

Hi ..An unfortunate situation for you. Not a lawyer but would seem its a find a compromise or if you feel you were fair in disclosure , stand your ground and say go ahead and sue. Certainly can take you to small claims court if he decides to. I would have given an "as is" receipt.
Print a copy of the listing for your records. As far as Motors Buyers Protection , no help there and a claim would only transfer your problem with buyer to one with eBay's insurance co.

A seller should never open a dispute (except for unpaid items which should alwys be pursued.) If you lose it goes on your record.
Tell him to sue.
If it goes to Small Claims Court you will not need a lawyer, although betting some advice from a legal aid clinic, like those attached to universities with law schools may not hurt.
More likely he will go away.
You can deal with the harrassment by asking your email and phone providores to block his attempts to contact you.
Since he inspected and paid cash, there is not much he can do.
