Your feedback does not change when you open a Store.
A couple of caveats.
Buyers can only get positive feedback, but sellers can also get negative and neutral feedback.
Even more important than feedback are the Detailed Seller Ratings which are anonymous. If your DSRs drop below 4.3 your selling account will be greatly restricted. You won't see these until 10 buyers have left DSRs. Which is a little scary.
Your buyers' cleared payments will be Held by Paypal against your good performance for 21 days. Nevertheless, you are required to ship within seven days.
To make this a little easier, you can print your shipping labels from PP, and pay for them with that Held balance. And PP has negotiated discounts on some services from 5% to 18% off PO counter rates.
If you are selling the same thing as you are buying, it would be a good idea to open a new account for buying.
