Im in Canada and problems with shipping calculator

 I have tried revise the listing but no matter what I do it will only calculate the Canada Shipping, and us will not work.  I have tried different shipping options.  No matter what I do it does not work.  I cannot even change to canada and US only.

I have entered the dimension in inches because that is what it asked for.  The calculator works fine for canada postal codes not the USA zip codes.  I really really need to figure how to change this.....I would rather customers know to figure out shipping cost on their own because some buys will just not ask.

Personally, I try to avoid the eBay shipping calculator whenever possible, because I consider it a crock. So as to conform with eBay's largely useless "seller protection" policy, it keeps coming up with shipping options that are unrealistic to impractical. So someone who's a regular user of the calculator will be of more help.

In passing, though, I note that the drop-down menu in your listing does not include any European country even though you state you ship there. Somehow those countries are being blocked (by you, inadvertently?). However, the US does appear but, as you say, the shipping calculator as presently configured, does not provide any rates.

You cant change anything now that you have bids.  If you want to change it you'll have to cancel the bids and end the listing.  They'll charge the fvf on the high bid if you do that, which isn't too much at the moment

You have bids so you cannot change the listing.

The shipping is set up incorrectly since you are using International parcel Air and Surface to the USA and these shipping options do not exist to the USA..

The way it is set up buyers may thing shipping is free since no shipping cost can be displayed.

There is nothing wrong with the shipping calculator. This is a case where the seller has set the calculator wrong by not using the proper options.

Cancel the auction listing and set it up properly.

Set up shipping to Canada and the USA only and not internationally. You are too inexperienced selling such a high value item internationally.

Use shipping option Expedited Parcel within Canada which has delivery confirmation. Use Expedited Parcel USA if the total value (item price plus shipping) is expected to be under $325 Canadian. If it is to be over $325, then you need to ship by Xpresspost with signature confirmation. Delivery Confirmation or Signature confirmation is required for PayPal Seller protection to protect you from scammers.

Do not ship internationally (other than USA) because shipping options with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation are too expensive.

Off topic.

My last post did not include some minor correct that I had made when I posted.  This has happened after I previewed my post and went back to edit the post for some minor corrections.

Have others experienced this recently. It seems to have happened since the last forums updates 1-2 weeks ago.

I have seen this a couple of times but thought it was me.

I am using FF 17.0.1 on Windows XP SP3.  Browser cache and cookies were cleared before starting this browser session.
