The seller is only allowed to use the shipping address you supply in order to keep his Seller Protection.
Contact your seller.
You should be aware that he may have been charged not only the original shipping charge you paid, but a return shipping charge by his postal system which is usually the same amount as the original shipping cost.
And it will cost him a third charge to ship to your correct address.
Expect to cover those costs. And no, eBay will not be easy about this. You can get a Violation if you do not supply correct contact information.
