Incredibly sad documentary on de-forestation.

This documentary makes me feel powerless, frustrated, sad, angry and hopeless.  Why does it have to be this way?  There has to be a better way. Here is an unfriendly reminder of the consequences of consumerism.

Obviously very sad, happening all over the world as we become more and more over populated. People have to live and make a living somehow. Wood, is the primary and probably the cheapest choice for building mans living quarters. And as we become more populated there will be more, (it's the law of averages), that will take unfair advantage of our natural resources.

And our wildlife resources will be paying the highest price.

"It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are."--Unknown
